Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service through Discover Bali ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

You submit your booking request and receive a booking reference number
Payment is completed via Stripe
You receive a written confirmation email from us

We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested activity or date is unavailable.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the live exchange rate at the time of payment. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include all items listed in the activity description.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. By paying, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelled by customer:

More than 48 hours before the activity: full refund
24–48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before: no refund

Cancelled by us:

If we cancel your booking due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or alternative date at no extra charge.

5. Liability

Discover Bali acts as an intermediary between customers and local tour operators in Bali. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

Personal injury or loss during activities
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Delays or changes due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

All activities involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and capability.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all customers obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling to Bali.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
